You may deposit or withdraw funds in accordance with our policies and any applicable laws.
We may refuse or delay a deposit/withdrawal if required by law or for compliance reasons (e.g., KYC/AML issues).
We are not responsible if your payment service provider or bank refuses or reverses transactions.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and services rendered through the App or website are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (whether express or implied).
We do not guarantee uptime, that the Services will meet your requirements, or that you will make any profit.
We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or loss of assets due to use of the Services.
In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption).
